The granola was weird when I got it. Every pack was puffy and the granola inside was off, like it was humid. After a few days some of the packs were "dry" when I opened them but in general it was an odd off-putting experience. The box it came in looked fine, it wasn't damaged or tampered with, the granola itself just wasn't the usual experience. I rated it a 4 because it is a good value for the money and usually the granola is quality. Not sure what went wrong with packaging with this set.

These are great and I am satisfied however many of the bars seem to be crumbled, not a problem for me but worth noting. The outer box was fine so maybe these we in a very shaky truck, or maybe they were in an earthquake somewhere along the line. Bottom line is you will save money and have the convenience of delivery, but at the cost of some crumbled bars. Not a problem for me, I plan on buying more!

I will not buy this item again.

These are probably my favorite granola bars ever. When I saw a big box at a semi decent price on Amazon I went ahead and picked it up. Unfortunately way too many of my bars came to me broken into tiny pieces. Hard to eat when it’s the size and texture of sand. So all in all disappointed that Amazon wouldn’t sent this in a box or at least mark it as fragile so I’d get the bars intact. The price is ok for the number of bars and the ones that are whole are tasty and fresh but the fact is you have about half broken into teeny pieces that are good maybe for crumble top on yogurt but that’s about it. Don’t think I’ll be a repeat buyer.

The granola bars I received were stale apparently they've been sitting for quite a while and they were all mashed so they were probably in a location where it was warm and that added to their deformed shape and there's Stillness really just please because normally when I buy fresh versions of the same product it's very they're very good and they serve as a small meal for me and help me cut my calories but I would try this product again just to see if I got steel ones again if I do then when I received my order which I'll place soon I will be in contact and work something out as far as sitting in back or getting my money back or something but they definitely lost their freshness at some point

I happen to love granola bars, this product to be precise. Having nothing to do with the product itself. The handling and shipping journey of this box must have been in a paint can shaker!!! Every single granola bar inside the box was completely crumbled, not “one” single bar intact. If I wanted a bag of granola I would have ordered one . This is the worst shipping mess up I’ve ever encountered. We’re now using the macerated crumbles to top yogurt. Next time I’ll purchase these in a store. Never again will I buy these through prime. It’s awful since I generally have a very high quality delivery of all the food items I purchase every few weeks with prime.

This product is for human consumption, but the condition it was in when I received it would make a person wonder just exactly how the product should be used! The three flavor box used by Nature Valley to ship these products was packed with other items inside a larger cardboard box. The larger outer box did not show damages, but the product box did. The product box looks as though it suffered some kind of dropping and/or crush damage. Therefore, I must conclude the granola bars were damaged by Amazon prior to placement inside the larger cardboard shipping box. Plus, because the three flavors in the smaller box were totally flavorless/tasteless and powdery, I suspect this product was placed in an area of a warehouse where it was subjected to extreme damage and exposure to outside elements. I originally purchased a smaller version of this product, in one flavor - Oats 'N Honey - at a local store. The contents were delicious and that prompted me to buy the larger product box containing three different flavors, rather one flavor, from Amazon! I have decided to never purchase these granola bars in any flavor again through Amazon and only buy the product locally because I cannot justify buying a product that tastes worse than tree bark and is of no use to me. I am certainly disappointed with Amazon offering products that are absolutely useless for the intended purpose and consumption. An important note is that I received the product from Amazon on Sunday, July 17, 2022, and the expiration date stamped/printed on the "60 BARS" box states "BEST If Used By 08APP2023," with the "OATS 'N DARK CHOCOLATE" flavor printed on the side of the wrapper, "20MAY2023"; the "OATS 'N HONEY" flavor printed on the side of the wrapper, "25MAY2023"; and the "PEANUT BUTTER" flavor printed on the side of the wrapper, "03JUN2023". The "24 BARS" box "OATS 'N HONEY" I purchased locally on June 29, 2022, it is printed "BEST If Used By 04MAY2023" with the wrappers on the products showing a date of "03MAY2023." I certainly expected better quality from Amazon. It is too bad Amazon does not want to sell certain top quality products to its customers! If you are a consumer that enjoys eating "sawdust" from a small foil outer pouch, then the 60 bar box is definitely your kind of product. Since all three flavors of "sawdust" are absolutely useless and tasteless, there is positively no way this product can benefit any consumer. I would not even use this "sawdust" as plant compost!
