This bar was totally soft and flimsy . A huge red flag for me . “Whatever” I mumbled in my defeated and raspy quarantine voice. Peeled the wrapper back...took my first bite ...and good god...the ceiling of my bedroom opened up...clouds parted..a light so bright it’d make Kanye West blush beamed onto my bed...(I do most of my snacking in bed these days.) and all of my worries and stresses vanished ..I don’t know what they put in these bars as I don’t like reading labels which I know is a terrible trait..but this bar was so delicious ..I usually inhale food but I had to savor this thing ..took my time ..even looked down at it ...it was chewy but somehow crunch at the same time...a single tear rolled down my cheek because I really want to lose some weight and want to commit to a healthier set of eating habits and these bars have completely solidified themselves onto my roster of “in desperate need” of a snack moochentoochens. Thanks , munk. Should change your company name to HUNK. Cause I bet all of you are a bunch of hunks .

I got this box for my parents who never would splurge on anything of this nature or anything for themselves for that matter. But after hearing about these on a podcast, I knew they would truly enjoy them.
& I was right.
They both were impressed with quality & quantity of ingredients. A lot of similar bars are very frugal when adding the pricier ingredients but that isnt the case w/ these at all.
They are satisfying & not stingy in the nut department. And in the words of my parents "they have a lot to chew" so they aren't finished with them in a heartbeat.
The flavors offered are different than the norm without being outlandish. You know the kind of bars that combine green tea & apple cobbler & rocks & some other weird thing that only sounds appetizing to like 10 people in the world?
Yea. These are nothing like that.
Hands down worth the price point. I'll be giving these as gifts to them at xmas.. i know that sounds nutty (pun intended) but better to give them something they will enjoy & use (consume). How many pairs of slippers does one person need?

Taste testing notes, in order of eating them:
Blueberry Almond Vanilla - Sweet blueberry flavor, definitely tastes like almond as well. Kinda like granola cereal in my mouth, with the flavor of a blueberry muffin. (Lots of blueberry aftertaste as well.) Can’t wait to have this again.
Maple Pecan - Straight up like I tossed a handful of pecans in my mouth. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. Texture is what keeps me eating it. Would probably still eat again because of the texture, the nuts add a lot here.
Coconut Cocoa Chip - all I taste is coconut. I like it, and the coconut texture isn’t a problem as it's well mixed in. But I cannot taste the chocolate at all. Would eat again.
Peanut Butter - smells and tastes like peanut. I’m not a big fan of peanuts or peanut butter so not loving this, but I still finished it.
Honey Nut - just generic nut flavored. Not sweet. A hint of coconut, which is really only detectable from the texture. Gave it to my fiancé to finish, cause it’s just not good imo.
Almond Butter Cocoa Chip - tastes like coconut, a hint of peanut butter, and I’m getting some banana too. No chocolate flavor. Quite bitter. Not a fan, but I finished it.

The fiber content in the bar offsets the total carb content. I don't understand it fully yet so my explanation will be lacking, I'm just learning about my new post-gastric bypass revision surgery diet, but I do know to look at the fiber when you're looking at carbs because not all carbs are created equally. Eat these without guilt!

As a type 2 diabetic Keto seemed to be the best choice for me in the long run. When I see KETO on products I wonder how true they are to staying Keto. I am not a fan of the NET Carb game and will only allow my self 15mg of carbs before any fancy math to make things KETO. These came in at around 12mg before the math and then the standard removal of Fiber was leaving a higher number.
These also take away the Allulose and I first thought oh ok there is the "trick" they are doing. I also wondered what is Allulose and after some reading, it seemed real and I became more skeptical when I saw one paper mention "it does not raise blood sugar or insulin levels". I knew this had to be all fake.
Well fast forward to me getting them, they came in a basic bag with no marketing on it. I decided to do a test and see how they affected my sugar, after eating one I waited to see what happened. My starting glucose was reporting 101mg/dl so I waited for about 1.5 hrs after eating one to see and my second reading was 83mg/dl. I know not everyone's glucose would be the same but I can say for me this was great.
So in conclusion, Not only are these great tasting but for someone who is carb sensitive and trying to stay keto, I found myself a new treat or snack for those in between meals when I am on the go.
I do want to say I was given these free at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I paid all sales tax and shipping costs but the review was not asked for as part of this freebie.

I wanted to start out giving portion size 3 stars as I could and did eat 3-4 of them in one setting but then I thought about it and that was probally the dieter inside me talking just wanting more food. One day I just gave in and ate 3 of them, becuase I am an adult and I can do what I like!!! I was super happy that day but then I was super sad as it was my last 3 bars. I do have reservations in spending alot of money on these, even though everything about the bars justify the price but in todays economy where I haven't been an essential worker for months makes it very hard to justify buying again. The treat was nice but sadly I cannot afford it to be a staple in my house, but it will be put on my Christmas/birthday list for sure. I absolutely loved these bars.

This is a great snack, good quality, tastes great, hits the spot when you need a quick and easy snack. My complaint is that it is 15 dollars for 6 granola bars. They serve their purpose when needing a low carb or protein snack. But I find myself go full circle about the cost...How much of that is really the ingredients or packaging costs and what is retail mark up? And now that I've walked through all of that I will be buying more, and would recommend these to anyone considering them anyways...sad
This product is good for anyone who can afford these. Sadly not really a family snack choice but if you are single or excess income to improve your caliber of groceries this will be a staple in your snack drawer. Not an industry game changer as far as helping solve larger issues but an easy choice for an individual to choose for themselves.

I have been trying to stick to Keto, or at least lower my sugar and carb intake. It was rough when I started missing the sweets and snacks of old. I came across a Munch Pack promo ad and I am so pleased that I did.
If you look at my photo you'll see that I have folded the wrapper of the first bar to fit the actual product so the size of the bar is represented accurately. My greedy self was like, aww it's smaller than I thought...until I ate one. I was satisfied with the bar and didn't need more.
The first one I tried was the Peanut Butter because, meh. Fooled me, NOT meh. The texture is normal chewy granola bar but with recognizable crunchy peanut bits. It was buttery, nutty, pleasantly sweet and had no aftertaste or tummy upsets. Next I tried to Coconut Cocoa chip because I wanted something with chocolate. The chips had a pronounced rich chocolate flavor that played nicely against the coconut.
And so on and so forth....tastes GOOD!
About the "misleading" carb count (according to another reviewer), one needs to understand how carbs are calculated before jumping the gun.

I have only gotten to try 2 so far, the coconut and the almond butter but they were both good. Read the back of each package because each one has a different carb content and doesn't necessarily match what it says on the front. The coconut are a little high at 8 net carbs for someone on a really limited daily carb intake but they are a pretty good snack all the same. Definitely among the better keto "snacks" I have tried in taste. Especially for those like me who spend a lot of time traveling and working and those who really miss their granola bar type snacks. Easy to throw in a pocket for later and not have to worry about melting, falling apart, or refrigerating unlike most keto snacks I've come across. I was initially very exited and it looked good. But to my disappointment the 1st thing that got me was the smell when you bite into it, you can tell that the nuts etc. have been sitting on the shelf for too long, and because of the strong smell of old nuts it pretty much ruined the overall taste. I will say though the dark chocolate one was not so bad it was pretty ok in the sense that I was able to finish the bar and the coconut one would also have been ok if not for the smell of old nuts which is the ONLY reason I have 2 stars and not 1. The rest I had to throw out after one or 2 bites. Maybe if you get a fresh batch it won't be so bad but I will not take my chances with that since I had better ones I'll just stick to those.

I got the 6-bar variety pack...if you can call it that. It was more like random bars thrown in a plastic bag. I didn't get one of each of the 6 flavors as it is shown in the picture. Instead I got doubles of some flavors. Apart from that, these bars are VERY small for the price. I even laughed a little at the size of them when I opened bag, but then I realized that with tax these work out to about $2.70 per bar...way too much for a bar this small. The flavor is OK, not great. The texture is a bit too soft and sticky. I won't be getting these again because ultimately I just don't think they are a good value at all.

These are yummy HOWEVER, they are actually 8NC for all but the coconut cocoa chip. They advertise that the Allulose makes it 2 net carbs but the only one that actually has an allulose count is the coconut (5.5). When adding the nutrients to a macro app it comes up as 8NC as well. As you can see in the NC explaination picture for the Maple Pecan (the packaging for the rest is the same) it says there is 5G of allulose in these as well but the nutrition grid does not show that. Maybe there is, maybe there isn’t but I’m going with no based on what I can see.

Bars are very small so no way they are a meal replacement so it's a 140 calorie, 7.5 net carb snack. I can do better than that. The coconut one is very tasty but very small. The package says 2 net carbs but if you calculate it it's 12 carbs minus 4 grams of fiber minus .5 grams of glycerin which they said is a sugar alcohol. That calculates to 7.5 net carbs. If they want you top deduct allulose they should list it as a sugar alcohol. Regarding the price...$25 for 12 is high to me for something with 7.5 net carbs. If you do strict keto like many and don't subtract the fiber or sugar alcohol this is a 12 carb snack and it's not even a huge snack.

These are taste OK but I will not buy them again, and I probably won't eat all of them unless I run out of other things in the house. They put a shipping label on the box containing the individual bars, which is not made for shipping, and it arrived looking pretty rough. The bars are pretty small, basically a few bites and they tasted far sweeter than I had expected although I suppose some people might like it this way. A handful of sugar free trail mix or even just some cashews would have been more satisfying to me. This isn't the bar for me, and unfortunately it cost me almost $25 to learn that. I'll probably limit my discovery of new bars to smaller purchases in the supermarket in the future.

When I received this box it was wrapped in plastic, but I thought that was to keep the product fresh longer...no, I was wrong. When I picked the box up it was really light, that was strange. I took the plastic off and the box had already been opened (now I know why it was wrapped in plastic I thought). Then, I look in the box and there are only 2 granola bars in a box that should have 6! This is a problem! I would really like to have my item replaced because I paid for 6 granola bars. This is unacceptable!

If you enjoy the taste of coconut these are for you! I have never tried these and i do enjoy coconut things. But....These were SOOOO over-powering i could not finish a whole granola bar. I only ate half. Threw the other half away. They tasted awful!! :( very sad about them because I hate wasting money and food but, I couldnt eat them.

Ordered the variety 6 pack. Two of the six bars are expired. I placed order on January 17th. One bar expired January 9th and another on the 10th, the other 4 bars expire beginning of March. Definitely will not be ordering more expired food. Can't even return to get my money back!

Every box has 1 or 2 bars with an open end. The bar becomes very dry and inedible. I sent a message to the company after my last order since I lost 2 bars to this issue. At $2 bucks a bar, I won’t be reordering again.

Let me preface this review by saying that I am new to the Keto diet/lifestyle. I recently decided to get healthy and lose weight. After considering various diet types I settled on the Keto Diet. I have been trying to find healthy snack options that are Keto friendly. I have heard good things about the Munk brand and decided to give these a try. I have to say that I am very disappointed with these granola bars. I found them to have almost no flavor at all. The texture to me is also very gritty which I find unappealing. The size of these bars is also much smaller than I anticipated. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high for a Keto friendly snack, but I would not recommend these bars at all.
