These are the best!
I always have a supply of these protein bars within reach. I use them as a late-night TV snack, when we are heading out for a trip we toss a bunch of them in the food basket. They are not too sweet, but hit the sweet tooth ok, they fill you up enough to go the distance for the next meal. You know it's 2:00 pm you have the hungry's but you are going out to dinner at 5 or 6 they do the trick. When I am on a strict diet mode I have used these as my lunch, they work good. I have been eating these for years, see no reason to stop.
