Absolutely delicious!!
When I take a bunch of pills and it feels like they are still in my throat, I eat one of these right away. They are only 100 calories which suits me perfectly and they do the job with my throat. If it's an hour until dinner time, but I am already hungry, I will eat at least half of one of these and usually the whole thing to tide me over. I am pre-diabetic and I can eat these without any increase with my blood sugar. How can I go wrong with this great product?
