Chewy and Yummy
These breakfast bars pack a lot of protein. They are substantial and filling, and chewy enough to let you know that you are definitely getting a decent amount of fiber. the taste is great and they make a very nice breakfast. They have all been fresh when I open the package--never ever rock hard. These are my new breakfast friends!

Worth a try
Found these recently and took them on a camping trip…I’ve tried many of the breakfast bars and cookies and found them to be lacking, a sugar rush and them gastro discomfort…these Kind breakfast bars were a quick fix for an early morning two hour hike and then it was time for something substantial to eat without any weird side effects.
